Binham tower mill stood just to the south of the road leading from Binham to Westgate. Two pairs of patent sails powered 3 pairs of French burr stones, a flour mill and jumper, although it would appear that one pair of stones were being run by a 5hp steam engine.

The Patent Sails are equal to new & all the Machinery is in good working order.
