The length of the mill is 21 feet & the width 11 feet, with French Stones, Sails, Flour Mill & Going Gears complete. The Mill will be sold either with or without the Land whereon it stands containing about half an acre and the purchaser may be accommodated with a dwelling house & Baking office at a fair rent if desired.
