FIELD DALLING

At the Crown in Fakenham, Norfolk between the hours of 2 & 5 o'c on Thursday 25 July 1793.
A Desirable ESTATE pleasantly situated at Field Dalling near Holt.
Lot I. Dwelling house ... 85 acres ...
Lot II. A Very Capital Post Windmill, almost new, that will grind four lasts of corn per week, with a roundhouse & chamber over it that will contain at least 24 lasts of corn.
N.B. The windmill, when sold, must be carried off the premises before Michaelmas. It is within two miles of Blakeney a good sea Port whence it may be conveyed by water to any other seaport in England.
The Possession of the Estate will be delivered to the Purchaser at Michaelmas next.
The Estate may be viewed by applying to Mr. J. Biddon of Saxlingham, near Holt.
