Ingham towermill was built c.1763, allegedly on the site of a former postmill that had been blown down in a gale.

A new built brick Tower WIND-MILL (commonly called INGHAM MILL) with a Dwelling House & other convenient Buildings in exceeding good Repair & near an Acre of Arable Land to the same belonging, being all Freehold & well situated for Business.
