Wroxham smock windmill stood at an unknown location. The mill used common sails to power a single pair of 4ft French burr stones. A bake office was also operated from the site.

At the back is an excellent baking office, a good two-stalled stable, chaise house, cart lodges with convenient outhouses all in excellent repair being lately erected, one acre of freehold land on which is a newly erected tower windmill, with one pair of 4 feet French burr stones and every article complete, on an improved plan, all within a short distance of a navigable river which runs to Yarmouth and Aylsham.

An excellent TOWER WINDMILL on an improved plan, a good dwelling house with baking office, stable, chaise house, cart lodges and other convenient outbuildings and about one acre of land including a garden, situate in Wroxham in Norfolk, near the navigable river to Yarmouth and Aylsham, now in the occupation of Mr. Thomas White. The mill and buildings are lately erected and all the premises are Freehold. Immediate possession may be had.
The fixtures and milling utensils to be taken by appraisement.
